As someone who grew up in care, I understand that records do not simply sit in a system. They become part of how a child is understood and may one day become part of how they understand their own story.
As a Registered Manager, I also understand the reality for adults: difficult shifts, safeguarding concerns, incidents, handovers, reports, reviews and the pressure to get the wording right while still being present for the child.
ORB is not being built to replace adults. It is being built to help good adults think more clearly when the responsibility feels heavy.
