IndiCare™ is currently available through a structured pilot programme with selected homes and providers. This approach ensures the tool continues to develop in partnership with real services, maintaining safety, usefulness, and alignment with residential practice.
During the pilot, homes receive guided onboarding, reflective support, and opportunities to shape future development. IndiCare™ is designed to be accessible, sustainable, and aligned with the realities of residential care.
Licensing Options
Per‑Home Licensing
A licence can be issued per home, allowing all staff within that setting to access IndiCare™ safely and consistently.
Provider‑Level Agreements
For organisations operating multiple homes, group‑wide agreements offer a unified approach to practice support.
Training & Support
Onboarding, reflective guidance, and ongoing support can be included as part of your organisation’s staff development offer.

About the Creator
IndiCare™ was created by Tom Kelly, a practitioner and leader with extensive experience in children’s residential care, safeguarding, and service development. The tool emerged from a simple but powerful question:
How can we support staff to think more clearly and respond more therapeutically in the moments that matter?
